Norms that Govern from Merchandises to the Convention Center ATLAPA Decree No. 25 dated 21 May 1979 Those interested in making use of the Temporary Importation of Products Regime, to bring products and equipment into the Conventions Center ATLAPA, in order to move in the products faster and take advantage of the Custom Service inside the Fair, even though these products are tax exempt, must comply with the following requirements. 1. Shipment of Products, Samples and Equipment from another country or the Colon Free Zone Please deliver all your shipment or freight containers with the following label: Centro de Convenciones ATLAPA, EXPOVINO Y BELLO HOGAR 2008, Junio 26 a 29, 2008. 2. Notify your Custom Agent,  have ready the Commercial Invoice, Shipping Invoice and Air Waybill. You do not need a Consular Invoice. 3. Importing Goods, Samples or Equipment:  All the process for temporary introduction of products to Panama must be done by the Exhibitor. 4. Exhibitors interested on selling samples:  It can be done through an ATLAPA Custom Agent during or at the end of the exhibition. 5. Withdrawal of Products and Equipment from the Convention Center:  Once EXPOVINO Y BELLO HOGAR 2008 ends, the Exhibitors should start the procedure of re-exporting or tax payment.    PAYMENT EXEMPTIONS ON IMPORTING TAXES All participants can take in to the Cabinet Decree No. 25 of August 4th, 2004 Article 1, wich states that all exhibitors of Bello Hogar (Expovino) Commercial Fair, will have the right to obtain payment exemptions on importing taxes up to the amount of US$2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred American Dollars) corresponding to all equipment, products or related exhibited and/or sold  during this fair.
